Sky obstructions
Quantity and quality of the measured data depends on the observing conditions, namely ablock of the sky by local obstructions. The signals from the satellites are received if the elevation angles of satellites are above 5 degrees and there are not any obstructions in these directions. For getting better observing conditions the trees was cutted on the part of observatory's land on the autumn 2001; the new small trees was planted on spring 2002. The obstructions of the sky after this event are shown on the figure bellow (status November 2001).
